Recent Answer : Added by Alisha Ravika Kar On 2022-08-14 16:43:27:

The number is greater than the number obtained in reversing the digits and the ten’s digit is greater than the unit’s digit
Let ten’s and unit’s digit be 2x and x respectively
Then, (10×2x+x)−(10x+2x)=36
9x=36
x=4
Required difference=(2x+x)−(2x−x)=2x=8

boys taking lunch in canteen=60% of 60=36
Girls taking lunch in the canteen=40% of 40=16
Total boys and girls taking lunch in the canteen=52
Total students we assumed is 60+40=100

Recent Answer : Added by Admin On 2020-05-17 12:03:23:

say the work is w and let no of days taken by b is ‘x’ which
we have to calculate
so work done by a in one day is w/6
work done by b in one day is w/x
a and b together can do work in 4 days ie=(w/6)+(w/x)=(w/4)
solving equation x=12
so no of days taken by b=12
