Recent Answer : Added by Admin On 2020-05-17 12:04:29:

Had is correct ! Anil went in right direction but ended up
with wrong answers
Soln: B lied ( see anil’s comment ) which implies B has not
stolen mule. So B could steal camel or sheep.
1) Lets assume B stole camel.
In that case, A lies ( refer – A says “B had stolen sheep”
), which implies A had stolen sheep ( becoz a lier cant
steal mule ). So A->sheep B->camel C->mule. But this cant
happen because C cant lie ( refer – C says ” B had stolen
mule” ).
2) Lets assume B stole sheep.
In that case, A is true ( refer – A says “B had stolen
sheep” ), which implies A had stolen mule. So A->Mule
B->Sheep C->camel. Here C lies ( refer – C says ” B had
stolen mule” )
SO ANS: answer A- mule, B-sheep, C camel

Ques:- A 6 inch length cylindrical through hole is drilled through the center of sphere, what will be the remaining volume of sphere ?

In this question only one data is given ie., hole length - 6". In the question there is no mistake.
Find the answer.
Recent Answer : Added by Admin On 2020-05-17 12:05:14:

volume of a sphere is 4/3 * pi * r^3
by drilling a hole 6 inches long the volume of the sphere is
not affected bcos the hole is a 1 dimension quantity..(say a
straight line) n so it does not have any value w.r.t volume…
hence the volume of the sphere does not change..

Ques:- P, Q and R invests Rs.2000, Rs.3000 and Rs.4000 in a business. After one year P removed his money; Q and R continued the business for one more year. If the net profit after 2 years be Rs.3200, then P’s share in the profit is?
Recent Answer : Added by Admin On 2022-09-28 19:14:13:

Complete step-by-step answer:
Investment made by A for 1 year, IA=2000
Investment made by B for 2 year,
IB=2×3000IB=6000

Investment made by C for 2 year,
IC=2×4000IC=8000
The ratio of their investment is given by
IA:IB:IC=2000:6000:8000
To simplify the ratio divide it by 1000,
IA:IB:IC=2:6:8
Now again to simplify divide the ratio by 2,
IA:IB:IC=1:3:4
The total parts of this investment =1+3+4=8
A’s share in the investment is 1 out of the 8 parts; B’s share is 3 out of 8 while C’s share is 4.
Therefore, the profit share of A’s investment of Rs. 2000=18×3200=400.

Monday =y cheques
Tuesday =3y cheques
wednesday=4000 cheques
totaling to 16000 cheques
therefore y+3y+4000=16000 cheques
4y+4000=16000 cheques therefore 4y=16000-4000 cheques= 4y=12000cheques
therefore y=12000/4=3000 cheques
monday=3000 cheques
tuesday=3×3000=9000cheques
