Recent Answer : Added by DK BOSS On 2021-07-15 09:33:29:

2/3 * 15 miles = 10 miles then

time for 10 miles travel is t1 = 10/40 = 1/4

then remaning distance is 5 miles

time for 5 miles travel is t2 = 5/60 = 1/12

t1+ t2= 1/3 in seconds * 60 = 20 min

Ques:- Evaluate 22004 – 29303 + 101299 – 59532 = ?
Ques:- Find out the wrong number in the series:
190, 166, 145, 128, 112, 100, 91
A. 100
B. 112
C. 128
D. 166
Recent Answer : Added by trace On 2022-01-16 17:19:50:

128 is incorrect. There is a difference of multiples of 3 in the number pattern, which starts at 24 and reduces by 3 each time. Therefore the correct pattern would read 190, 166, 145, 127, 112, 100, 91.
this would leave the pattern with differences in the pattern 24, 21, 18, 15, 12, 9. The next number in the pattern would be 6 lower than 91. 91 – 6 = 85. Then 85 -3 – 82, followed by 82 – 0 = 82. After this, if -3 were taken the pattern would start to rise so 82 – – 3 = 85.

Ques:- What is the next number in the series 1, 2, 4, 13, 31, 112 ..
Recent Answer : Added by Hamiss On 2022-09-29 16:38:01:

Answer is 274 .

Let the required term be x.

Pattern :- 1) Find the difference between consecutive terms as :

2 – 1 = 1

4 – 2 = 2

13 – 4 = 9

31 – 13 = 18

112 – 31 = 81

2) Now write the above numbers obtained by differences in series as :

1, 2, 9, 18, 81, y

(Suppose y be next term after 81.)

3) Look the difference series carefully and it follows the below pattern as :

(9 * 2)/1 = 18

(18 * 9)/2 = 81

(81 * 18)/9 = 162 = y (the next term after 81)

Thus the required answer is :

x = 112 + y

x = 112 +162 =274
