30 = K /9 ==> K= 270
now
40 = 270/y ==> y= 6.75

P’s x min work+Q’s 12 min work = tank fully filled ( 1 )
x(1/18)+12(1/24)=1
x=9 min

new surface area lets say it y = 4 * (22/7)* 150* 150

=125
so the answer is 125%.
